SIMONE

My first stop in Paris next week will be Simone, my favorite store. Located on the charming street rue St. Simone, it is small and quaint and has a wonderful selection of women's clothing and accessories. They do not have a site that I know of or I would give you that information!

BABAR

Three cheers for Babar! The Morgan Library and Museum had a Babar exhibit a few months ago. Sadly it is over, but I was just looking at some of the postcards I purchased and thought I would mention the friendly little elephant. This museum currently has some great exhibitions. Studying Nature: Oil Sketches from the Thaw Collection and On the Money: Cartoons for The New Yorker From the Melvin R. Seiden Collection are two I hope to see.
